We have developed a Privacy Policy to assure you that the information collected about you is only what is needed for conducting business and offering products and services that might be of interest to you. Your information will never be shared with any other parties.

Age Policy:

Washington State and federal laws requires Napeequa Vintners to request identification from each consumer to prove that you are of age to legally purchase alcohol. Legal age for alcohol consumption in Washington is 21 yrs or older.

Changes to your Personal Data:

In the event you wish to change any of your personal information, please contact us by written notification to our email address at sales[at]napeequa[dot]com.

Email Opt-Out:

Napeequa Vintners comply with the Federal laws in sending offer driven emails. Those who wish to Opt-Out from receiving email offers will have action taken within 1-10 days of receipt of request to Opt-Out or unsubscribe at sales@napeequa.com. If you have multiple addresses you will need to Opt-Out for each address in order to be removed from our database.

Shipping Policy

Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we currently are permitted to ship only within the state of Washington. All wine orders must be placed and received by persons 21 years of age or older.
